Sled Diving Option
Sled diving (standard head up bent – knee design) will be available again this year during training for anyone wishing to try the No-Limits or Variable Ballast disciplines.
Anyone wishing to enjoy the fun sensations of a sled dive or even train for and attempt a National Record is requested to contact the organizers in advance to arrange a suitable schedule.
A fixed fee will be applicable for using the sled during the event. |

Special offer for Freediving Instructors / Coaches
Freediving Instructors / Coaches are welcome to attend the Mediterranean World Cup and run their courses / depth training sessions during the training days of the Meeting. |

Sled diving is available to freedivers with proven sled experience. For divers with no previous sled diving experience we offer a special 3 day sled course which will be run between June 7th and 9th in order to familiarize them with the equipment and several theoretical and practical aspects of sled diving.
A general depth limit of 100m will be applicable for training and record attempt sled dives. Divers wishing to do sled dives deeper than 100m are requested to contact the Meeting organizer well in advance in order to discuss their needs and arrange a suitable training schedule. |

We can provide suitable facilities and equipment (pool, lecture rooms, PCs, video projectors, boards etc) for you to run any course levels. Instructors / coaches who accompany 4 or more students paying full fees for one week or longer are exempt from paying any training fees themselves for the duration of their course apart from their accommodation costs. Instructors / Coaches are requested to contact the Event organizers in advance to discuss their needs. |
